A Gift From the US - This is such an encouragement gift from the US IEEE EDS (Electron Device Letters) Journal for my technical wirting, yea!!! This afternoon I was writing my next paper and my school mate came in to the lab and gave me this gift sent from the US. I was totally surprised by this paper print of my last paper which is about one device in the three dimensional integrated curcuits. Praise Him for such encouragement at this moment while I am feeling like needing it. I would like to devote this work to my dear wife, Kelly Lin, because she helped me a lot in this paper (including the writing) which took me two years. The more I understand the electrons and photons (phonons, plasmons, polaritons and etc.) in the semiconductor devices, the more I am amazed by His creation several thousand years ago.
