A Harris County jury has convicted of murder a 39-year-old man who at one time taped an interview with Dr. Phil claiming he didnt kill his girlfriend. Jurors returned the verdict Thursday against Mark Castellano after two days of deliberations. Prosecutors say Castellano choked 31-year-old Michelle Warner during a September 2012 argument at their Houston apartment. They say he drove her body to West Texas and dumped it in a shallow grave near Midland.
