A Judge rules in favour of my soon to be EX, a TRO against me on a Domestic Violence Order, on June 18, 2013. I have been ordered to stay away from MY HOME ( which by the way....) I BOUGHT BEFOR MARRIAGE. In September 2013, Susan Souza finds in her selfish and vindictive ways, to have the balls to sell MY CARS. On the 29, of October I filed a TRO on Susan Souza for a violation of section 16 on Form DV-110 that states. No person shall sell, transfer, hide, get rid of, trade any martial property, without the written, or verbal allowance of the other party. The person who is in violation of this section, will and could be held in contempt of court. On October 31, 2013 the Judge denies my TRO ( due to these facts that i DID NOT GET A CHANCE TO SUBMIT) however the Judge did question Susan on this , selling of A car!!!! The judge ask if this was true? Susan replied yes! The judge the read her the violation of section 16 above and demanded of court order, that the CAR be returned in 24-48 hours. ( Susan mentioned to the judge that she did it to pay the mortgage! The judge repeated to her, its still a VIOLATION!!!! Right, ok....lets move on!!!! On this same day in court I requested to be allowed to go to MY HOME to retrieve warm clothing, business materials, and other small items. ( judge granted my request) I arrived at MY HOME to retrieve my items, and was floored to see all my clothes, office supplies, laptop, uniforms THROWN IN BLACK PLASTIC TRASH BAGS on the front living room floor. I was calm, as always and started to load into my car. As a deputy stood by!!! Soon after my car was loaded I ask to see what I needed elsewhere and SUSAN DENIED ME INTO MY HOME and stated the Judge didnt put that on the order soooo she will not allow me into MY HOME!!!! So I ask that the deputy go check the garage to see if MY OTHER CAR WAS THEIR, and my MAC TOOL CHEST ( $ 30-40 grand) Once again I was floored to hear from the deputy my OTHER car was gone, and so was my $30-40grand tool chest with tools. Wow , she didnt address the judge about all this too??? Hmmmm, well like I say, anyone who wants to do this stuff and get away with it..... Go for it, you can easily do so, just dont forget to address this case as an example!!! ;))
