A LEVEL AND BTEC RESULTS – THURSDAY 14TH AUGUST You will be able to view your A Level / BTEC results on ProPortal from 6.30am on Thursday 14th August. Once logged in, you must remember to change the Academic Year back to 13/14 in top right hand corner of screen. Your results will appear on the Student Details page under Enrolment Details. Tip: Make sure you remember and test your username and password beforehand. The site will be unavailable on the 12th and 13th August so please test your password before this date. IT HelpDesk will be available from 7.30am on 14th August (Direct Line: 01793 732864). RESULTS COLLECTION A Level results will be handed out at college between 8:30am and 1:30pm on Thursday 14th August in the restaurant. Any uncollected results will be posted to out to your home address first class to arrive the next day (postal service permitting). BTEC results are in the form of a certificate and must be collected in person. These will not be posted. If you can’t collect you BTEC certificates on results day please email [email protected] to arrange a new collection date. Students wishing somebody else to collect on their behalf need to give that person a signed letter of authorisation. ADVICE The advice team will be available from 8.30am till 12pm on Thursday 14th August in F38. Advice will also be available between 10.00am and 11.00am on Friday 15th August in F38. A LEVEL CERTIFICATES Certificates will not be ready for collection until December- students need to request for these by phone or email nearer the time (01793 611470 or [email protected]) and collect from reception the next day.
