A Little Night Music! We invite you to A Little Night Music, a very special evening of chamber music at the home of Jim and Pat Craig on Saturday, June 29th. The event will feature a variety of musical styles: classical, Celtic and Scandinavian folk music, with solo works and collaboration among the artists. Enjoy wine and hors d’oeuvres along with the intimate musical experience and opportunity to interact with other music enthusiasts and the performers. The three young musicians are active, versatile performers who are currently studying at major music schools. Ellen Appleton Story and her husband Drew will graduate from the Berklee College of Music in Boston in May 2014 with degrees in Professional Music. Brendan White is a graduate of the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY, and will pursue a master’s degree in piano performance at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles this fall. Both Ellen and Brendan are native West Tennesseans and are alumni of The Jackson Symphony Youth Orchestra. The event will be held on Saturday, June 29th beginning at 7:00 pm. Admission is $50 per person, with all proceeds benefiting The Jackson Symphony. Reservations and payment may be made by calling The Jackson Symphony office at 427-6440.
