A MAN SHOOTS DEAD THREE PEOPLE IN TIATY Shock gripped residents of Mkenuk village in Tiaty Sub county after a man went berserk shooting dead three people and critically injuring two others under unclear circumstances. According to the locals, the man identified as Yaramuk Dike,25, was feasting on goat meat with his friends before he left secretly and came back with a gun and shot them one by one killing three on the spot. Residents, who heard the gun shots, rushed to the scene and found the three lying dead and the others writhing in pain. The injured were rushed to Chemolingot District hospitaland one who was critically injured referred to Kabarnet District Hospital. East pokot Sub-County commissioner Daniel Kurui said the motive of the killing was still mysterious adding that police are on the ground investigating the incident.The suspect is still at large.
