A MIRACLE FROM SAINT MELETIOS!!!!! I went to turn on my computer today and it was dead--just all black, nothing happened.... It was plugged in just fine because the batterys gone, so I always plug it in, so that wasnt it. It worked fine last night when I shut it off, but today, just nothing. ZERO. Screen black, no friendly coming on noises, NOTHING! The light was on by the switch showing that it was on but it wasnt. NOR could I turn it off. Just totally nothing. Okay, so I dabbed holy water around, the usual, prayed a lot, you know. Nothing Nothing..... Saved everything when I replaced the hard disk about a year ago, so I have everything I had as of a year ago and that includes some complete books, published and un, books in progress--though I have added more since on those books, translations I hadnt worked on since then as they were on hold, lots of old stuff of all kinds I mean tons, photographs, etc etc--but thats all okay, I have that all on a pen drive. But whatever I have done in the past year.....and thats plenty...(fortunately two complete translations are in publishers hands, one now in print, the other one on its way to the printers, if not, I wouldnt have had those manuscripts) as for the rest...dont even think about it... Sooo....I suddenly thought of Saint Meletios. Just happened to have a tiny icon of him and of the icon of Panagia he found...went and got those, put them on the computer, pulled the plug, did matins (see? I was bad, hadnt done it earlier...) found lots to really hang onto in those psalms...(Amazing how the same old words you do every day reeeally resonate when you need them!...) ...and plugged it in, turned it on...and...... It came straight on, and here I am. I CONSIDER THAT A MIRACLE!!!! THANKS BE TO GOD AND THANK YOU SAINT MELETIOS AND PANAGIA!!!!!
