A MORNING WITH MOOJI! Walking down the path at Monte Sahaja (Mooji’s home) a profound peace came over me. I could hear a golf cart in the distance and around the corner came Mooji. A beaming light of love. He gestured for me to jump in. Holding hands he said to me “it is so nice to be with someone who is not asking anything of me”. I found myself resting my head naturally on his shoulder with eyes closed as I slipped into the grace of now. Opening my eyes we were at the Buddha pond. We talked about relationships, heart wisdom, and most of all stood in silence feeding the Koi fish. Then Mooji took my hand and we walked to the water Zen garden. He placed a delicate plant in my hand and said how he loved this plant and gestured for me to find a home for it in the lava rock garden. As I tucked this plant into its new home, Mooji smiled saying, “The name of this plant is “MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS”. We laughed and laughed until tears fell down our face. He said how good that it is when someone comes here to meditate they would be sitting with plants called “mind your own business”. More laugher came while our dirt-soiled hands came together embracing in the love of simply Being. Namaste my beloved Mooji-ji.
