A MOTHER She is the one who taught us right from wrong She is the one who guided us towards Allah and Islam She trained us to lift the pen and made us wise And colored our lives and made them beautiful with her advice And when we are stuck or sick She is by our side until we heal and are double quick And when we needed someone to share She lends a ear cause she is the one who cares She is one person who can do double duty Without telling she is tired or being sulky Her dreams and aspirations give her motivation Jannah under her feet Allahu Akbar
