A Man in his fifties came with cut injury above his right eye . when asked about history he said he got cut while entering dark store room ..but as the wound correlated with his history . i asked just for fun this seems to be like some one hit with a tumbler from a distance for my surprise he answered how you found that correctly sir? i said its just a guess as the wound looked more likely made by a curved steel material as the wound was crescent shaped laceration . He cried silently and said he was hit by his high school going son i asked about the history behind the incident. when the father told his son to switch off tv and asked him to read for next days exam . there occured exchange of few words which provoked his sons anger .. then he throwed a steel tumbler at his father .after knowing he caused injury to his father , he broked into tears and cried. This man asked me to give counselling to his son. while suturing his wound ,i talked about behavioural changes they undergo during adolescence, stress they feel in schools, depression, bullying , peer pressure , anxiety, hormonal disturbances etc., i asked him to be calm while dealing an adolescent boy because violence is never a remedy. He brought his son the next day , he was also counselled about the sacrifices his father doing for his well being , how to tackle stress , how to deal with peer pressure etc., BOTH FATHER AND SON WERE HAPPY WHILE LEAVING MY ROOM :-)
