A MoM asks: I am in need of some help please. I have 2.5 year old b/g twins that have been great sleepers ( sleep all through the night) until 3 months ago. Now they both wake up at least 1 or 2 times a night. And they cry and cry until I come in, give them a hug, reassure them everything is ok and tuck them back into bed. Im exhausted because I havent had a decent night sleep in months (my hubby has tried to help, but they only want Mom in the middle of the night) Has anyone experienced this and how long does it last? Have you tried the cry it out method on toddlers? They are in toddler beds and can break down the baby gate on their room when they both work at it, so Im sure they would end up in our room if we totally ignored them. What have you all used to get them to sleep through the night? (And yes they have a night light) Just looking for some help to get us through this ... So that all of us can get a good nights rest :) Thanks!!! ~ Tired Mom
