(A PRAYER OF PRAISE & THANKSGIVING) (Psalms 100:3-4) "Know that the LORD is God. It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name." PRAYER: I praise & thank you heavenly Father for unfolding a bright & wonderful day with vigor & strength sufficient unto the needs thereof. You have made this day for me to be glad, to rejoice with the throng in procession to behold your face in righteousness in worship & to appropriate your goodness, mercy & grace; what privilege to those you set your seal of ownership by your Holy Spirit; I am yours O LORD. I magnify you for filling this day with challenges that Christ in us will accomplish that we may experience showers of blessings you lavishly pour upon us, scattering all good & perfect gifts beyond what we have asked or imagined; thank you for sprinkling us with the gift of time. I glorify you for your divine providence gently leading us in faithfulness to green pastures & quite streams through the riches of your glory; we anticipate your bountiful supply for all our needs & we cast all of our burden & cares upon the Chief Shepherd of our souls, your Son. We bless your Holy name for you desire that we enter your presence with thanksgiving & your courts with praise; to acknowledge you LORD our God even as you revealed yourself to your people Israel through your servant Moses & to us through your son our Lord Jesus; hence, let the words of my mouth & the meditation of my heart declare: - You are my LORD God full of power & might, - You are my LORD God of salvation, - You are my LORD God who sanctifies, - You are my LORD God who heals all diseases, - You are my LORD God of righteousness, - You are my LORD God the great Shepherd, - You are my LORD God who provides all my needs, - You are my LORD God whose banner over me is love, - You are my LORD God who is ever present, - You are my LORD God of peace, - You are my LORD God of host, - You are my LORD God of recompense, - You are my LORD God most high, - You are my LORD God, the strong one who sees, - You are my LORD God of the mountains, of the valleys & plains, - You are my LORD God everlasting, - You are my LORD God who created all things, - You are my LORD God who holds all things by the word of your power, - You are my LORD God who will judge the world in righteousness, - You are my LORD God who is faithful & true, - You are my LORD God of mercy & grace, - You are my LORD God most Holy. - You are my LORD God who is good in all you do, - You are my LORD God the king of the universe, - You are my LORD God my shelter in the time of storm, - You are my LORD God my Rock & fortress, - You are my LORD God who is all in all, - You are my LORD God whose thoughts no one can fathom, - You are my LORD God who forgives all trespasses, - You are my LORD God, my blessed redeemer, - You are my LORD God who predestined me to be conformed to the image of your son, - You are my LORD God, my LIFE. I PRAISE YOU THROUGH CHRIST, AMEN!
