Jim Sauro, CEO Jim Sauro is a graduate of Vineland High School, class of 1972. He is a 40 year member of the New Jersey Master Plumber’s Association, as well as holding T-1 Water Operator and Small Water Treatment Operator licenses. Additionally, he is a WQA Certified Water Specialist Level VI. Jim’s reputation is one of the best in the region not only for his technical skills but for business ethics and humanitarian efforts as well. Susan Sauro, General Manager Susan is a graduate of Cardinal O’Hara High School, class of 1975. She is a WQA Certified Water Specialist, and a winner of over 10 national sales awards. She holds a BA in Communications from Thomas Edison State College and manages the marketing and social media aspects of the business. Susan is not only a co-owner, but brings years of prior marketing experience and skills that have played a pivotal part in the growth of the company. Brian Di Matteo, Sales Manager (Nephew) Brian graduated from Sacred Heart High School, class of 2006. Brian has an Associate’s degree from Atlantic Cape Community College in Liberal Arts. Currently he is enrolled at Rutgers University working on dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Marketing, with minors in Finance and Sales. His creativity and diligence are assets in aiding business growth and in the development of customer relations. Rob McCabe, WaterCare Technician (Nephew) Robert is a graduate of Vineland High School class of 2001. From there he went on to the Philadelphia School of Arts, and moved to California to work for Fox Media network. Robert recently came on board as a water treatment technician. He services and installs a wide array of water treatment systems and coolers for both commercial and residential applications. His creative skills and upbeat personality are tremendous assets for our company’s continued growth. Mike Basile, Plumbing Technician Mike is a 1979 graduate of Vineland High School and has been a plumbing, heating and cooling technician for over 30 years. Previously self-employed in his own family business, he brings a multitude of customer service and technical innovations to our company. Davina Levari, Office Manager Davina graduated from Vineland High School class of 1995. She has over 20 years’ of experience in office management and customer service. Davina holds a BA in Business from Richard Stockton State College. Her pleasant personality and organizational skills are tremendous assets to our company.
