A REACTIVE person, in any situation will always make the situation worse, by kicking and sreaming, and will always end up saying or doing something they regret. A PROACTIVE person will stop, take a breath and step back only to have a look at the situation for what it is and respond in a way that will only benefit everyone involved. Which one are you? Reactive or Proactive. Becoming a proactive person will leave you with a much more satisfying life and relationships.
