A Realtors/agents dream! Been waiting to post until we were SOLD & CLOSED! We closed yesterday evening! I listed a home in Norman- posted on Truila and Zillow & within 30 MINUTES of being posted online I had a Texas # pop up on my phone interested. Told him the basic info and he made a $500 ABOVE asking price offer, SIGHT UNSEEN, no repairs, no conditions. To top it all off he wrote, signed and emailed me his own contract (he writes contracts for a living). I kept thinkng is this for real? He had inspections done within 3 days, and when he found out the house needed a new roof in talking it over with him he agreed to pay for that and not try and re negotiate the contract and risk losing the home. He texted and emailed me back quickly and anything we needed from him he was prompt! He is also allowing the current tenant to stay; it made it all a smooth transition for her as well. We still closed within 30 days, w a mortgage being placed on the home. I have been doing this for 7 years and have never had that happen, its probably a diamond in the rough and a once in a career type of thing! I want to thank the sellers for allowing me to assist them in their transaction and the buyer for being awesome to work with! Also Patti @ Cleveland Co. Abstract for being AMAZING and speedy!
