Although we had watched results of all the meetings, we believe that the Charter was not prepared for raising false hopes in cadre. You will have to discuss your Charter of Demands instead IBAs demand list. Your credibility is standing on tomorrows meeting. Can we, at least. hope removing parity with Sixth Pay ? Will Five Days Banking be reality ? Will meaning of Payslip components be made clear by asking IBA what he means by it ? Because our version may be different from IBA. And, if the term Payslip Component is too risky, cant IBA be persuaded to discuss the load factor in Basic ? Cant we dream of fixed hour of service with Five Days Banking ? Please its a request to leaders. Think about these before having negotiations tomorrow. Please have a look on your Charter of Demands and decide what you are going to fetch for your bankers community. The whole banker community is looking at you.
