A School Mum has asked: Hi. My 5yr old son has started school this year and daily is having wet accidents and seems to be more than once a day. He can use the toilet and will, but I think at least half the time he is still wetting himself. This is also happening at home. I have talked to teacher who has been reminding him and at home I remind him every hour or so. He also uses the toilet as needed on his own without reminding. Didnt have this problem with my daughter and starting to be quite concerned as I think it might be affecting his self esteem. He often wont even change out of wet pants at school even though I pack him dry ones, he just sits in them. That said it doesnt appear to be large amounts. Thinking maybe his bladder can only hold small amounts at a time? Anyone have any suggestions or has anyone been through anything like this? Thank you!
