Mix all the components for the tart in a food procesor, until you get a sticky texture that resembles structure of a dough! 2. Line the mini tart shells with a plastic wrap, place the dough and gently press and spread to accomplish the shape of a tart. 3. Slowly eliminate the plastic wrap from tart shells and place the tarts into the dehydrator leaving them to dry for 24hrs or even more, till they end up being crispy. 4. Blend all the ingredients for the filling in an effective mixer to achieve smooth and creamy consistency and location it on the bottom of tarts! 5. Mix all the components for the dressing in the meals procesor and sweeten it according to you liking. Pour te dressing on top of the tarts and garnish it with some freshly cut figs, blackberries and a hint of fresh mint.
