The requirements are as follows and the environment will suit someone who enjoys a fast paced work environment, is able to work under pressure and is detail oriented. In addition: The position would oversee staff – between 21 and 50 people Manage a budget range between $500K and 1,500.000K Prior experience in the fabricated metal industry Computer proficiency Competent planner with solid organizational skills Able to evaluate efficiency of production Able to determine personnel, equipment and technologies fit to maximize production Plan schedules Plan and manage budgets Develop production reporting procedures Analyze cost and quality data Able to train staff and, Establish and maintain safe work practices and procedures Essential skills required: Reading technical texts, proficient writing skills, solid communication skills, problem solving and critical thinking ability, decision making and job task planning and organizing.
