A Tiffin man is awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty this week to charges of theft and theft from an elderly person. According to court documents, a pre-sentence investigation was ordered for Jeffrey S. Collins, 49, who pleaded guilty to one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony, and two counts of theft from an elderly person, one a third-degree felony and the other a fourth-degree felony.
