A VERY AUSPICIOUS MEETING... We had a wonderful meeting last night with our colleagues from Paddington, Centennial Park, Woollarah, Double Bay and beyond who represent a growing number of young families in the Citys east overlooked by DEC planning that historically relies on this demographic to send their kids to private schools. We shared ideas on how to mobilise our communities and they introduced us to some really great ideas for possible locations (stay tuned!) Oh... and we bumped into Adrian Piccoli who happened to be at the table next to us! Of course, we took the opportunity to introduce ourselves and reassured him that, although we are pushing his dept hard, its all for the betterment of public education.
