A VERY BIG thank you for recent monetary donations which allowed us to obtain “Ernie”. Ernie is a full body ALS airway mannikin that accepts all forms of airway adjuncts, ET intubation, King airway and Combitube airway insertion. As individuals and programs became aware of our needs and desire to expand, donations were also received in a new stokes basket and new ropes. Thank you to the many who were involved in this process. Every item will be used for educating and training people to help their fellow man in his/her time of need. As we look forward to 2015, we hope to continue to expand, obtaining more CPR manikins to educate more people with this life saving skill. We have first-hand experience this calendar year where CPR started immediately has saved lives. Please consider helping us to get others educated…and more importantly, make sure you are up to date with your own training. The lives of your friends and family may depend on it.
