As soon as, we crossed border the Russian wiseguys took care of everything. They got us to Lvov. Russian authorities made impossible to go to Lvov by car. On every intersection cops were standing controlling traffic. We entered Lvov using back alleys. I saw cops standing in the middle of intersections and I remember a Russian guy telling me joke about a little boy mixing clay with shit in order to make a model mail man. A cop then asked the child why he doesnt make a police officer and the little boy responded that he didnt have enough shit. Everybody was laughing but the excitement had died inside of me. It was not the same and it never will be.
