A big thankyou to each and every one of you for all the birthday wishes, have had a excellent 1/2 ton and I think I must be about the last of my old school tie mates, both Ladies and Gents, to make the 50s club. I am pretty sure I was the youngest of us all starting school at just 4, and it may have been an absolute rarity that anyone but Tony Usher beat me in a foot race in the old days - but in this case I made the finish line dead last it would seem. Anyhow I have extremely fond memories of each and every one of yous. I have been fortunate to be surrounded in the post school years by an absolutely brilliant in law family and a lot of good friends and had a lot of laughs, good times and mostly plain sailing with health, have a brilliant daughter whom I have never to this day had one bit of grief from, an absolute brilliant academic and Sporting Identity in Rockhampton in her own right over many years, and a person, as with her mother, not only are my family, but my best friends as well for nearing 30 odd years. I hope the next 50 play as kind a hand as the last. Cheers everyone and again thanks! Have a beer for me tonight! I unfortunately am out at work, in my room and about to go ni night but had an absolute ball with a lot of very good work mates last night and the Chef here went over and above on my behalf with an extremely laughable cake so watch this spot! There may be a photo or two headed my way in the next day or so.. Cheers
