Silly Paul Mason, dont you know that (fractional reserve) banking is BY ITS VERY NATURE is CRIMINAL FRAUD, and no amount of reform will stop the crime? Its been a looong time since bankers legalized their crimes and made it central to economies, but its never not been criminal... just legal. We need a superior way to increase liquidity for our markets, a better way to advance our entrepreneurial spirits and permit long-pay purchases.
