A cape, made for the Bishop of London, for the Queens Silver Jubilee in 1977. It was designed by Beryl Dean, and under her supervision, made by needlework students from the Stanhope Institute The cape depicts the Spires of seventy three London Churches, Three Royal Peculiars and St Pauls Cathedral. (A Royal Peculiar is a parish or church exempt from the jurisdiction of the diocese in which it lies, and subject to the direct jurisdiction of the Monarch)
