A car crashed into a light pole that knocked the power out in the building where Im going to be premiering the film, tonight - Giorgio Tsoukalos - whos actually quite a big TV star (History Channels Ancient Aliens, etc.) was making a go of trying to do his presentation, in a very un-primma donna-good attitude sort of way, I must say. When I saw people were streaming out, asking for their money back, thats when I called 911 and asked who I could talk to, to get the details on this accident? They sent me to CHiPs, who gave me a log number that could take 10 days to be made available. Unreal - the amount of attacks of Ive seen to this event - its been awesome nonetheless...the organizer, of course, is freaking out. I gave her the log number for the CHiPs incident - but I still need to show her her missed phone calls. I wonder if Ill be able to show my movie in a little over an hour. Cleaning up in the hotel. The desert is brutal. Ive got mud in my lungs. But MIchael Tellinger was absolutely amazing and I have to say, do was David Wilcox and as always, Richard Dolan. Im staying to the bitter end on Monday to watch Nick Popes Deep Politics presentation...
