A caravan salesman accused of assaulting a man in North Somercotes earlier this month faced a new charge of manslaughter when he appeared in court this morning. Jareth Wadner had previously been charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm on Wayne Jennings following an incident in Jubilee Road on Sunday, June 1. But today the prosecution amended the charge to manslaughter after Judge Michael Heath was told that Mr Jennings, 43, has since died. Click the link for the full story from the court.
