A chat with one of South Sudanese friend. He said today the South Sudanese Government Captured two cities who were occupied by the rebels. he said.. this is a Wake up call for South Sudan!.. Reason? As he said it. When south Sudan was declaring its independence those generals who were in war front became minsters and high lever government members and were spending money like crazy, he continued, they forgot their mission and neglected all poor people and orphans, I knew this problem will come and it is good it is here because the next government official will learn Good luck.
