A client shared this with me , most likely because she knows my feelings about magic pills and weight loss supplements. Its a great video that is both entertaining and educational. If you have some time watch it, you may just gain a different perspective. I grow endlessly tired of watching people throw their hard earned cash into a bottomless pit of hope and then ask me why its not working and what I recommend. Hard work,willpower and consistency is the only way to change your health and your body. There are no short cuts. With that hard work comes , something you wont regret and something no one can take from you PRIDE in yourself! Your health , your body , your strength and most of all your EMPOWERMENT! Trust yourself and believe in yourself , you have had the power all along, you just need to use it :) end my rant
