A closer look at the black people both in Africa and diaspora shows that they they share virtually the same problems: race & power relations, segregation, delayed development, lack of unity, to mention but a few. Whilst most of these challenges began gradually, but steadily, through black peoples relations with non-black, it is important to also pay attention to the ideologies of most black people. For instance, lets look at how most African leaders in power have been ruling their own people!
