A coal mining company has agreed to pay the largest water pollution fine ever imposed by regulators. Alpha Natural Resources (ANR) will pay more than $27 million, and spend another $200 million to reduce illegal toxic discharges. Regulators allege the company violated water pollution laws 6,000 times since 2007 -- dumping heavy metals into waters and streams in five states: West Virginia, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Virginia. Why did it take 7 YEARS and 6,000 CLEAN WATER ACT VIOLATIONS TO DO SOMETHING?? Could it be the republiKKKan & ALEC REFUSAL TO FOLLOW FEDERAL LAWS? {YES, READ DAYS OF DESTRUCTION DAYS OF REVOLT AND SEE WHAT ELSE THE REPUBS HAVE BEEN UP TO IN THE LAST 25 YEARS IN ANY AREA WHERE THERE IS A MINERAL TO RAPE FROM THE EARTH AND THE LOCAL PEOPLE} WHY isnt this money going to the VICTIMS instead of the government that has proven beyond a fuqing doubt that they cant balance a checkbook nor a budget while giving BILLIONS TO OIL COMPANIES & COUNTRIES THAT HATE US? ALL FINES IMPOSED BY THE GOVT EHERE THE GOVT IS NOT THE VICTIM SHOULD ALL GO TO THE VICTIMES W/O A FUQING LAWSUIT TO FORCE THEM TO DO IT!! This country is so damn greedy and stupid and SCARED SHITLESS OF ISRAEL THAT THEY GIVE THM ALL OF YOUR HARD EARNED TAX MONEY SO >>>>>QUIT BLAMING THE POOR FOR SUCKING UP YOUR DAMN MONEY! $30 BILLION TO ISRAEL A YEAR SAYS IT ALL---TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR GOVERNMENT AND FORCE THEM TO>>>>>>>STOP KILLING IN YOUR NAME
