A common cause of lower back pain is when the Sacroiliac joint goes out of position. I see patients with this problem all of the time. The sacroiliac joint connects the sacrum with the pelvis on each side of the lower spine and it transmits all the forces of the upper body to the pelvis and legs. Common activities throughout the day such as mopping the floor, bathing your children or even certain exercises can cause this joint to move out of position and it can be very painful. Let us help!
