A complaint from Shopian: respected sir ......The assistant labor commosion office shopian seems to be a big threat which will ruine the livelihood of laborers and poor people of shopian....the officers are only giving assistance to those laborers who promise them to pay half of the assistance amount they will receive in the form of scholarship or marriage assistance .....people there suffer a lot...they are receiving Rs 800 per head as registration fee but receipt is being given of only Rs. 130 . please forward this to the head of the org....so that necessary steps couuld be taken.
