A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans milling and paving operations at the KY 56/KY 81 Roundabout work zone at OWENSBORO on Friday and Saturday, November 15 & 16, 2013. The paving operations are part of the ongoing construction of the Roundabout. The contractor will be working on permanent connections to the existing pavement on each approach to the roundabout. Motorists should be prepared to encounter delays during the movement and positioning of equipment to facilitate this work. Traffic flow will be controlled by flaggers. Appropriate caution is required where equipment, flaggers, and construction personnel are along the roadway in close proximity to traffic flow.
