A couple birdies told me a few things last week.. 1. The workout from last Wednesday had their legs all sore and they demand a cardio, upper body, core workout. So heres that. Youre welcome. 2. That I am too serious and dont smile in my videos enough. So I have answered both your requests and will be smiling while finishing my tricep kickbacks, not awkward at all. Heres the workout: #Tabata format. 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. 6 rounds of each exercise before moving to the next. 6 exercises in tabata format. 4 additional. 1. Pushups w toe touch. 2. Speed skaters w medicine ball. 3. DB Renegade rows 4. Lift/Ball tucks (video). 5. Plank rotate in circle (video). 6. Medicine ball twists. *4 closing exercises 3 sets.* 1. DB reverse flys, switch grip at 8 reps (video). 2. 30 Alternating DB curls. 3. 15 Tricep kickbacks (video). 4. 15 Burpees. *FINISHER* 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest incline treadmill sprints.
