A couple months ago I hit a pothole in Houston, TX on my 2012 Vegas. The front rim split right where the castings are joined together. Needless to say nothing could be done except have it put on a flatbed and towed home. Didnt think much of it...ordered a new and expensive billet wheel installed it and rode happily on. Yesterday while cleaning up my garage I noticed the stock cast wheel was made in China! Embedded right on the cracked stock cast wheel. Not too happy to learn a Chinese part failure on my 2012 Victory cost me so much to replace properly and could have cost me much more!
