A couple of days back I met with Hyundai-GM in service centre that was in a official visit.The man is around 55+ and was very calm,energetic & very keen towards his work & responsibilities. The meeting was already fixed so I directly walk down to his cabin as addressed by his assistant.During our discussion it was a several no of times he called me sir with a great respect which I felt very ashamed that so senior personality acting in such a manner.In between I interupt the gentle man and said not to call me sir. The GM replied me that its a beginning of my career I have started using this word to each & every human being that gives me a satisfaction in such a level that you cant even imagine and also my 99% work is all done in a very easy & silent manner without giving any trouble to my team members nor my clients and customers even I believe working so long with the organization none of a person could point me out about my negative personality. The fellow members sitting around me they have also supported a lot for the gentleman and point me about his great works he contribued to the company to build up a strong pillars. I realized concluding all the parameters that discipline,character & good behavoiour is a tool through which we can change our whole life which will fructify and boost up our career. Reading books and to implement those thought process is really tough deal but grasping personality and transforming to them is our "cup of tea".
