A couple of gorgeous new additions to the oyster raw bar here at OHS...until the waters warm up and the seeds start growing again, we had to say goodbye to a couple of our local faves...so we added in a lovely Irish Point from PEI and a Spring Creek from the good folks up in Barnstable, MA! Both a tasty, bright, clean, crispy --- a little sweet on the irish and a little minerality from the Spring. Come give them a try!
