A couple of times a year, the #WeekiWachee #Mermaids are privileged to visit All Childrens Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL. During a recent visit, we were blessed to meet Cassie, a precious 11-year old girl who has endured rigorous medical treatment the past several months. Today, we were honored with a visit from Cassie and her family for a rare weekend getaway from the hospital. She chose to visit the Weeki Wachee Mermaids who came to see her on our last visit. Cassie didnt come empty handed. She hand made these adorable bracelets, and presented each mermaid with one. Afterwards, Cassie was transformed into an honorary Weeki Wachee Mermaid with the assistance of Mermaid Crystal, who happened to be the mermaid who first met Cassie at the hospital. It was honor to spend this day with Mermaid Cassie and her family. Best wishes for a healthy future and speedy recovery. Hugs n Fishes!!
