A couple of weeks ago, Bob and I bought a new grill. Ive never heard of an infrared grill and thats what we purchased. I have to say--this is the best grill I have ever cooked on. Every single thing I have grilled has turned out more juicy and tender than anything I have ever grilled before. I will continue to blame my weight gain from quitting smoking--surely it cant be from eating! hahahahahah
