A couple weeks ago I posted my first Transformation Tuesday pics (check them out below). As scary as that was -- I will continue to share my journey in hopes of inspiring others to start, re-start or continue their health and fitness journey. I am following a 21 day program that teaches you what and how much to eat (NO STARVING- quite the opposite). It also comes with AMAZING 30 minute workouts. I completed my 3rd round last week. I love this program (and the results) SO much I started my 4th round yesterday with a group of 12 women who were ready for change. This round - Im looking for my abs - I know they are in there somewhere lol! Want to join me on this journey? I will be opening up another accountability group.
