There is a gas pipe from Niger Delta 2 Ghana 2ru Togo & Benin, it has neva been vandalized; there is a gas pipe from ND to Lagos & Ogun supplying gas 2 private Coys 4 power supply production, it has never been vandalized...but d gas pipe that supplies gas 2 power station that will give d whole country light is vandalized everyday! Me thinks Nigs problem is clear...some ple just dont want CHANGE now! They are just not ready 4 Nig 2 PROGRESS yet!
