A day of reflection today. It still seems a mystery to me how, what we heard from the people did not translate to their votes. More analysis and thought required. I felt humbled today when going to the supermarket and three people we met, said sorry about the outcome, but thank you for standing up for our communities, most of us sit back and complain. So people that is what drives us, the desire to serve the community and to leave the place in a better state than that in which we found it. Thanks to all who have given their support in many, many ways during this campaign, it is appreciated and will long be remembered.
