A debate took place yesterday afternoon in Westminster Hall on Greyhound Welfare where MP for Redcar - Ian Swales - pressed the government for specific details of how the review of the 2010 Greyhound Welfare Regulations will take place. We are not sure at this point who called for the debate but it was very disappointing to see pro racing Ian Lavery MP and Andrew Rosindell MP glorifying the industry. We were also disappointed to hear DEFRA Minister George Eustace claim that UKAS - who accredit the GBGB - have not received any complaints regarding the GBGB. Particularly so when Greyt Exploitations have submitted a number of complaints to UKAS. We shall be following this up! youtu.be/M8Y73AfqNxY
