A delegation of Somerset County local officials, business representatives and members of the Greater Cumberland Committee will be meeting with Transportation Secretary Barry J. Schoch, P.E. in a few weeks to advocate for the completion of U. S. 219 to Interstate 68. Their goal is to obtain a commitment from the State to include the completion of 219 in the PennDot process for design and construction. Your help his needed to convey to the Secretary how important the completion of 219 is to this area. Will you please write a letter of support emphasizing what it can mean for your business and the regional economy?
