IT is becoming blatantly apparent that UKIP is becoming extremely popular and is gaining voters and politicians from other parties by the week ! Meanwhile, in France, the Extreme Right wing party The National Front which some view as racist and others dont..... and which has mellowed alot since veteran Jean Marie Le Pens daughter Marine Le Pen took it over, is also becoming a force to be reckoned with and real competition now for the mainstream parties over there, frightening them even. Now, UKIP in my view is not right wing, racist or any other similar label; In my view UKIP is centre and generally well balanced, and not sure exactly where Im going with this except there seems to be a kind of parallel between the unprecedented emergence of The National Front in France and UKIP here. I believe similar phenomena is coming to pass too in other European countries. Discuss.
