A dialysis center is being constructed on Bascom next to the McDonalds at Fruitdale. The back end of the project is Del Mar where a house was demolished this week. Have asked that project signs be installed correctly on both ends of the project. Have also asked that the project minimize the negative impact on pedestrians in the area and noticed today that the Bascom sidewalk has been blocked temporarily. We have also asked that no construction traffic enter or exit on the Del Mar side.
