A disaster waiting to happen in Nakuru. There is a disaster waiting to happen in one of the petrol stations situated along the Nakuru-Nairobi Highway in Nakuru town. The proprietors of the pub have also opened a pub in the court yard and reckless drunkards have been seen smoking right next to the fuel pumps, oblivious of the danger lurking around the corner. The building have no fire exits other than the main entrance located directly at the fuel pumps. In case of fire - which is highly likely - all the drunkards will be incinerated right inside - still clinging to their bottles. They wont stand a chance to escape. Any attempt to free themselves from the inferno would only see them staggering into the raging sea of fire. I pray that this will never happen and may God forbid. How such places get licensed to run pubs leaves a lot of questions unanswered. It can only happen in Kenya!
