A dog named “Keiser” wouldn’t be alive today if not for the quick-thinking actions of a firefighter and paramedic who saved the German shepherd mix after rescuers pulled him from a burning home. Keiser was on the brink of death when Virginia firefighter Josh Moore and paramedic Bubby Bish made the split-second decision to begin administering oxygen to the dog through a mask designed for a person. After five to eight minutes of treatment, Keiser began wagging his tail. Bish says he had never seen anything like it in his 48 years as a paramedic. “Josh did a great job.
